Another day in New York

First, we visited the 9/11 memorial. The footprints of the two towers are now sunken waterfalls with the inscriptions of the people whose lives were lost on September 11, 2001. Very moving.

We visited the tenement museum on the lower East side, a fascinating history of immigration in NY. Well worth the visit.

We also walked the high line which was really beautiful. Wall in all our day in NY included 14 miles of walking.

Did you have a tour of the Tenement Museum? I saw your picture of the sign. We did that last year, incredibly interesting.

You are bringing your tour to life already. Thanks for sharing the memorial pictures. I bet it was moving. Have fun in Boston and dont forget to drink some tea!!
